One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. It has been over a month, they have cashed my check and I still have not received everything I have payed for. Will not answer there phone and will not return my phone calls. Save your self sometime shop elsewhere.
I wouldn't even give this business the time of day. We made several phone calls to arrange to move a pool table and when we finally reached someone to schedule a day/time, they never even showed up. This business has very poor customer service skills. When we said we would take our business elsewhere, their answer was "ok". ??? Too bad, because we like to support local businesses. Just not this one.

Horrible customer service. Ignored me for 2 days when I had an apt set 2 weeks ago. Will never consider using this company and will spread the word to any and everyone!!!
Dealt with the owners excuses for over 2 months when I tried to buy a pool table. I had to threaten to go to the police just so the owner would show up so I could get my deposit back. I'm choosing to go elsewhere and pay more money just so I don't have to deal with him again.
Horrible business practices. They take your money and don't deliver product. The worst part, when asked for a refund due to several no call, no shows they don't have the money to refund. They have already spent the money received without having the available product. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them.
great store we go here cause its not a chain, family owned and more personal service. i always hear good things all my family and friends shop here, i would recommend them to any new pool owner.
