Great customer service! I got a pair of running shoes, and was walked through the entire process and was told what I should be looking for in detail. Left confident in my purchase and excited to hit the pavement! UPDATE THE NEXT DAY: Ran in the shoes, and it rocked. I actually had to slow down because I was running too fast and tiring out because they felt so comfortable. happy with my purchase.
