The lines are usually so long that they have someone walking down the line taking your order. So if you don't have their menu memorized, you have to look it up. Which is totally fine, or would be, if the menu said what is in the drinks. The Revivers don't say what the flavors are on the website, so you're just guessing. Not a big fan and would probably rather go to Fiiz, or preferably Beanys down the road where they have a flip board of the menu on the mobile check-out device for you.
1 star I had a really disappointing experience. The boy who took my order was incredibly rude and acted like I was bothering him just by being there. No greeting, no eye contact, and he rushed me the entire time. Customer service matters, and this was seriously lacking.
Gave us the wrong drinks in the drive thru, went in to get our order fixed and told the girl working the register. She proceeded to say “ok” and went back to sitting at the register, not fixing anything. All the girls in the back were laughing and not paying any attention to what they were doing. Finally I had to flag down a girl that was working in the back to get my order fixed. I guess that’s what happens when the oldest worker in the store is 18. Absolute terrible management and service. MAKE SURE TO ASK FOR LIGHT ICE, I usually do but forgot the one time I went to this place and it was 70 percent full of ice.
