Dont care about their customers no support when something they sell is faulty. This issue should have been resolved 6 mths ago when I first brought the item in. You assured me you would follow up with the supplier back then. I have made multiple attempts to reach you but am told that only you can resolve but you are not in, i have asked repeatedly for you to return my calls but you have not. Best range of darts from beginners to pros
Howdy Came in yesterday looking for a birthday present pool cue, and first ever decent pool cue. Shopped around a fair bit before walking into swiftflye. Our previous experiences all felt disingenuous and "salesy". We spent alot of time in store, with no intention of making a purchase on the day. The staff were SO good, honest and knowledgeable that it felt wrong to leave without committing to our purchase. Happy with our purchase and our experience instore. Great effort Allround swiftflyte team!
Went in looking for a set of darts. Being totally green to darts, I had the best possible experience. Gary took time with both me and my partner to answer all questions we had and to test out darts to find the right ones for us within the price range that he confirmed with us to begin with. Despite such a large, complete range of items that almost feels overwhelming as a newbie, the assistance you get from the staff and willingness to provide info and impeccable service means that I cannot recommend this place enough.
The owner/manager was very helpful when exploring the range of darts he has for sale and explaining some of the intricacies involved with individual darts and how they 'fly'!
