I had a scheduled appointment at 2:00 PM and arrived at the gate at 1:50 PM, well on time. Unfortunately, the security staff didn’t check me in until 2:15 PM. After I parked at the assigned door and submitted my paperwork, I was told I was late — which is simply not true.
