Prior to inspecting all my belongings to be moved they immediately insisted on a large increase in space needed and proceeded to pack accordingly. Obvious that target price was the objective. Upon delivery 32 days later with the same size vehicle, more space was available in the same size vehicle and that is in spite of another household's belongs being behind mine. Shipping company delays my shipment by a month. Moving from Ohio to CA. Was given estimated of 1 week, then shipment has taken 4 weeks without receipt. The firm can't provide a certain date of delivery. When trying to approach, they give you a date and tell you to wait. After few attempts to try calling again, they won't be hesistant in taking phone call. Now my load is still missing without an estimated ETA or whereabouts.

Contracted by Menards to move us from Texas to Arkansas. The pick up went fine. That's what the two stars are for. Delivery was mediocre at best. Nearly every piece of furniture sustained some damage. From minor scratches to completely in pieces. One bookcase was dropped in our front yard and completely came apart. Another had a hole punched in the back. Three pieces of glass as well as the mirrors were broken in another cabinet indicating mishandling. This company is the worst. The price kept going up. They literally went through some of my personal items. Not sure why and they threw boxes breaking several items. Go with someone else I do not recommend them.
