Worst experience ever. Broker Alan was dishonest and did the exact opposite of what was promised. Afterward, the entire company ignored my calls and emails when I tried to resolve the issue.
I tried to book a load with them, and after we agreed on the rate, they stopped responding to emails. Unfortunately, this is a pattern I’ve seen before with some brokers.
We had to layover, but were pad for that. Resolved
