Booked load PA-TN, my driver was ready and en route, trained to use Macropoint, but the tracking link never appeared on our end. Despite providing proof with screenshots to Swick Logistics specifically Kevin Vos- they still blamed us, threatened recovery, and pulled the load. Wasted my time and my driver's time without reason. Refused to provide proof that the tracking was sent to the correct phone number and refused to pay TONU. This experience has damaged trust in Swick Logistics after doing 30+ loads for them in the past.... read more
I hauled for them. For me as the driver and them as tracking we both communicated really well. Was a long drive a pleasant trip. Would be great to do it again with them sometime.

‼️‼️‼️This is probably the worst logistics company I’ve ever worked with. Avoid them at all costs. They don’t even deserve a rating. ‼️‼️‼️
