If I could give a 0 then I would for customer service alone. The staff were yelling back and forth at each other and saying very rude things about customers on the phone when they put them on hold. One person was placed on hold and the young man at the counter said to another coworker, “like I give a shit about what he needs.” When it was our turn at the counter he said he could not tell us about any parts in the store without a model number.
