Got sent the wrong color jacket, less than 30 minutes after receiving the wrong product the support team was all over it the support crew did an amazing job working past hours to give the best experience to the customer. Highly recommend this company for water adventures and safety!

Run away as fast as you can. Horrible customer service. They overcharged me for tax and it has taken me 2 weeks to get a refund. And of course after they agreed to the amount of the refund they keep lowering it. All of this is now over$12.88. Take your business elsewhere.

I called to inquire about a skim board, but the interaction was disappointing. The representative I spoke with seemed noticeably unwilling to assist, and after a few basic questions it became clear that helping me was more of a burden than a priority. Because of this, I chose to take my business elsewhere. Professionalism matters, and treating customers with the same respect you expect in return should be the standard.

Adam and company are just outstanding. Top notch service and quality. They installed new floor covering on my Malibu VTX.. they did a perfect job. Plus they winterized and summarized my boat this last year.. to perfection.. it was ready to surf day one this year..Thanks for making it so easy for me!! Swell rocks!
