I was experiencing pain for a little under 3 weeks in my lower back. Dr. Anthony listened to my symptoms and knew exactly where to check and found the tight spots, which shows his expertise. He performed dry needling as well and two days later I am back to normal in which I just finished a 6 mile run which was barely, if at all possible in the last 3 weeks. Swell PT was very accommodating on my schedule and Anthony was extremely helpful with a really bad bout of tennis elbow I dealt with for quite a while.

Anthony and Josie were a pleasure to work with. Anthony built a personalized exercise plan that targeted the areas that needed work. He demonstrated each exercise and watched to be sure it was done properly. Josie was always helpful with scheduling and accommodating last minute changes. I would recommend Swell Physical Therapy to anyone looking for a physical therapist.

Dr. Anthony is outstanding. He creates a genuinely friendly, family-like environment while bringing a deep wealth of knowledge to every session. Between the dry needling and targeted PT rehab exercises, this was hands down the best money I’ve ever spent on my health. I saw results that were infinitely better than multiple chiropractic care visits or previous rounds of physical therapy. Highly recommend.
