I went to see Anthony at Swell Physical Therapy after dealing with a muscle issue for over a year. During the first session, he identified my issue and set up a plan for me. After just a couple of sessions my improvement was dramatic. I’m able to run pain free now thanks to him. I would highly recommend Anthony, just an awesome experience!!!
Dr. Anthony was extremely helpful! After each appointment there was substantial improvement. I initially went to him for a frozen shoulder and then asked him if he could help with my knee. I had been to physical therapy 2 or 3 times with my knee, but Dr. Anthony actually fixed my knee and gave me the tools to keep my shoulder and knee healthy!
SWELL is my go to for all things recovery! Last July I was battling a strained groin muscle and after 2-3 sessions of dry needling, massage therapy, and strengthening exercises with Anthony I was golden and back to training with little to no pain and I am now completely recovered! SWELL has helped me take my recovery to the next level as an athlete and has even given me tools to practice at home to ensure a better and stronger performance!!
I have had an awesome experience with SWELL. Nothing beats getting rid of pain that’s lasted years in only a few weeks. Dr. Anthony is really nice and very knowledgeable and has helped me so much. The exam and collection of my history were very thorough. After one appointment I got so much pain relief. I feel very confident that I’m going to continue to push back the frequency of headaches and shoulder pain using Anthony’s treatments and exercises.
