This is Like dealing with police in a complete different country. People die in this place. Family's checking on disabled people are treated terrible. Just left to worry. They use technology to a point it makes it nearly impossible to support your loved ones in crisis. I think this facility is one of the reasons we need change in the very screwed up system.
