Ashleigh did a great job designing a new logo for our club shirts and I am very pleased with the end result!
I'm a returning customer of Sweetums. 3 years ago when I started my business, I was so satisfied with the logo decal stickers they created for me. Ashleigh really took the time to explain all the options I had and ensured that their understanding of what I wanted was accurate. When I outgrew my original location and moved into a larger space, I went straight back to my original email from them from 3 years ago to order another copy of my old decal and they got to work on it right away. I'm a very happy customer!
I would totally recommend them. If you have an issue, they help you resolve it. I ordered my sign back in February 2025, and I received a white and black sign, instead of a color one. I contacted them, and I explained them that I didn't want a black and white because my logo is in color. They send me a color one without an extra cost. They went out of their way to help me. I really appreciate this. Thank you very much again. Here are some photos of how my sign looks like. I will work with them again in the future.
My order took 15 days to get to me, then it incomplete, i called for two days all i got was voice mail, i finally went to Amazon and contacted them through Amazon just to get a reply that said someone else did my order and left things out Three days later I'm still waiting on my order to be reshipped. Never will do business with theses people again
