Paul was amazing. Called the shop as it was closing and he was kind enough to wait for us until we arrived. Not having tasted the cakes before, he offered us a free sample slice (generous one at that!) and it was delicious. Not to stop there he even was good enough to serve me a coffee after I asked if it was too late - he didn't even give it a second thought.
