She took photos for the tball league and the pictures did not turn out well, my daughter's name was misspelled, she blamed the league for the misspelling, was not easy to deal with, and after being told the new ones would be mailed to me I ended up having to go pick them up from the league which ended up being a while other issue. I do not recommend at all

Final UPDATE: 8 months later Shannon refunded my money. *****UPDATE: It's been 5 months and she did not actually refund my money. You can see the response given to me. She has a local studio and could have easily offered a re-take but instead told me no refunds, no retakes, too bad if you don't like it. So my main disappointment is that she her customer service has been consistently lacking in her communication. No doubt you'll have better service by using her directly. Shannon is amazing at what she does!! We scheduled our newborn photos with her very last minute (baby was 10 days old) and she was one of the only photographers that would take us on as a client for a “newborn” session. We loved our experience, our baby took to her immediately, and the photos were absolutely stunning. We went back to her for Halloween, Christmas, and are planning birthday photos with her when baby turns 1 as well. I can not recommend Sweetpea Memories Photography enough!!!

Shannon is absolutely amazing. She has a way of making you feel extremely comfortable, she captured my labor and delivery. Even when the kids are being uncooperative, she has perfect timing to get amazing images every time.
