Last time I went was four years ago, at the UCITY location. I remember my stylist (Rosalind?) was double booked. She was working on my hair and another client's hair at the same time. While she was working on the other client's hair, another stylist came by (don't remember the lockitian's name) started brushing my hair roughly, to the point that it made me tear up. I called to get price to have my end trimmed. The stylist said I would have to get a style service as well. I asked the price for straightening and ends trim, she told me $65. Upon completion of the style and trim she charged me $89. $59 for the straighten, $30 for ends clipping. It's really upsetting because this shop is six minutes from my house and I thought I finally found a nice place to get my hair done. $30 to get my ends clipped is insane.
