Their communities are beautiful in appearance but are run so poorly. I have witnessed the female owner treating staff horribly, which I can only assume is why they can't keep employees. The way they run things is all over the place and it seems like they don't know what they're doing. Until this business gets a new owner, things are going to continue to deplete. Take your business elsewhere. There are lots of other options in the South Hills.
Wow, they way they treat the residences is absurd, this place is ran like a clown show and the security for the people that live there is God awful. Look for another place .
Sweetbay has beautiful communities with helpful and friendly staff. There's always something to do, people to meet, and delicious food to eat. I can't wait to see where they open their next community!
