Joel and his team have exceeded expectations. They are compassion and professional. Joel always makes the time to talk to you. He has gone above and beyond. We have utilized his services 3 times so far and never have encountered an issue. Our situation wasn't the easiest of cases, but he and his team still pursued with integrity.

Recently, this past year, we had the pleasure of working with Joel and his office in the sale of our home in Sea Cliff. His help in maneuvering the field of paperwork, making decisions, communicating , answering any questions immediately ..he made it effortless! He helped everything move smoothly and actually I would say he pretty much did the work of the lawyer for the buyer and the seller(although he only got paid by the seller:-) We highly recommend him, and if we need it, we would use him again for sure!
