Never in my life, have I met or heard of a more inept and worse communicator would be how i describe this lender . listening to how Jessica Li has handled mortgage loan on behalf of a family member I 100% do not recommend using this company as her communication is poor she gives unclear directions and at the end of the day she will hold you hostage over the recommendation’s of her underwriting team.
