I was so impressed by the way my eyebrows looked after! I've only once ever before had my eyebrows look this good and it was when I was visiting Beverly Hills CA..spent over $70 for a wax/shape in the states and now I can get the same quality of service in Okotoks- amazing! I recommend trying them out.
The Owner of the company has gone out of her way to right the my experience, the colour she tried to fix but is still way more dark than my hair but will have to live with it for 2 weeks. Owner wants me to come back to have a redo and have a positive experience, which would be great…PAST ..Horrible experience.. start with incompetent reception, they make you give you your credit card number to book the appointment. Best brow place in town! I used to drive to marda loop to go to Laura Brows but Ivana was trained by her and does an incredible job. I’ve tried another staff member here as well and it was a great experience too. Next up will be their facials!
Ivana always takes care of me. My skin has improved since going here, and it’s been a noticeable difference.
I have been going to Ivana’s for years. I initially started going for brow appointments but have now tried just about every service available. I have always been treated with the utmost respect and professionalism by all of the staff.
