We got our tree on our way back from visiting friends in Roanoke and found some mishap with our tree. We got in touch with the owner and we are very satisfied with how he handled our issue with our tree. There’s a lot of Christmas tree lots and it really mattered that we chose this one. It kept our Christmas spirits up and made us want to visit and buy directly in their Floyd farm next year.
Beautiful trees and a great shopping experience. Cashier was in training and also probably in first grade, made the experience even cuter. PS if you don’t have cash they do accept arm wrestling in lieu of payment, but you have to win.

Great, friendly customer service and tons of nice trees at reasonable prices. Kroger was charging 2x as much with poor selection and didn't even have twine (let alone tree wrap).
Was driving from Northeast back home to Charlotte area on I81. Found Sweet Providence online. Called first and drove about 30 miles out of the way. Very glad I did. Gentleman working was beyond helpful and unwrapped a couple more Fraser Fir trees to review. Getting a 9 foot fraser fir at this quality / price so close to Christmas was only matched by the service.
