Overall, I had a positive experience working with this immigration team. They were knowledgeable, professional, and ultimately helped us achieve a successful outcome with our case, which we truly appreciate. The main area for improvement is communication. There were times when our calls went unanswered, which added some unnecessary stress during the process. That said, their expertise and ability to successfully handle our case made a real difference. Extremely pleased with their service. My husband was able to get his permanent residency! This team made the process seem so smoothly and easy.
