I have been buying green coffee beans from this company for the past 12+ years. My last order, they sent me rotten beans that smelled terrible right out of the box before roasting; I contacted them abut it and they basically blamed it on me ordering coffee beans I did not know how to roast; I went back and forth with them explaining to them this has nothing to do with roasting basically because the green beans were rotten, color-changed or old and stored under bad conditions so they were bad; I got no where with their arroga... read more
