I spend money here every two weeks when I top up on my concentrates due to the 10-15% off when I spend at least $100 which I do every visit but today. I bought a torch from them two weeks ago it doesn’t hold fuel and when filling it up it sprays butane every where you get one dab a refill it’s super inconvenient. I went in and asked if I could get an exchange on the torch or even switch it out for a better brand which I’ve used in the past I even was willing to pay the difference, I was told that I have to contact the manufa... read more
