She comes and takes the photos and the money and she doesn’t give the photos to her customers and completely ignores the clients when they ask for them so I wouldn’t come to her for photos because she steals

I was quoted $475 for the birth/maternity package. I was told that the birth alone was $400. I got the maternity but then covid hit and the hospital would not allow photographers in the room. Which is completely out of our control obviously. So instead of asking for a refund for that part, I chose to see if we could do a replacement shoot for newborn photos. Jayme was my amazing birth photographer. Not only was she consistently checking in on me prior to baby being born to see how he and I were doing but as soon as I texted her letting her know it was time she dropped everything she was doing (something I give her so much credit for with having 3 of her own kids) to get to the hospital. She spent 25 hours at my birth cheering me on and making me feel amazing. I mean her photos speek for them selves. She make a picture have purpose. Leaving long lasting memories you can enjoy forever. She is kind hearted and will to work with whatever situation. She's always in a positive mood and uplifting. Great with kids. Animals. I've enjoy ever moment of a picture sessions. Always my first choice. We love you Jayme sheen.
