Refused to honor Groupon which would have been acceptable if she had not been so rude about it.
Bought Groupon, One 60-Minute Swedish Massage with a Sugar Foot Scrub. Called, left VM. Therapist returned my call within 2 days and found a time that worked. Then she proceeded to give me a very long explanation about how she makes no money with Groupon and that she would need to reduce the massage time if I really wanted the foot scrub, which is not what was advertised.
