Even a few days after visiting this store I still have a bad aftertaste from the experience so I decided to check the store’s reviews, and yes, my concerns were confirmed! While the store itself might not be bad I even found the couch I was looking for, the employee was incredibly rude. I really hope this wasn’t the owner but just an employee who needs to be fired because that’s not how you run a business. I ended up finding the same couch at another store for $50 less.
Rude people and worst customer service. Place is trouble. Stay away & spend your money at a ligit business.
No good customer service
Extremely HORRIBLE!! We entered the store with a pram with an infant then was immediately asked not even two steps "what language do you speak?" because we weren't understanding the old man who seemed to the owner or manager, we asked him why does he need our language but then was all you can only go in the far right or far left aisle. We understood that but why did he need our language? he then said stuff about you don't understand and started yelling.
