The staff are amazing. Always helpful, kind and friendly. Answer all my questions when I go in or call. Also love the automated fraud detection texts.
Amazing bank and people that work there, however their phone system is absolutely terrible… calls never go through and the MOM system is always bugged.. when I can’t reach the bank in person it’s always a struggle to talk to them over the phone
