Amazing bank and people that work there, however their phone system is absolutely terrible… calls never go through and the MOM system is always bugged.. when I can’t reach the bank in person it’s always a struggle to talk to them over the phone
I have been a member of the Sweet home Federal credit Union. . I have found them to be very helpful. They go above and beyond to assist me if any problems occur, which I’ve never had any problems occur with them all transactions go very smoothly.
