We are very disappointed with Astrid. Her level of kindness does not measure up to what her clients need. She had my aunt in tears during a recent visit. It took a while to calm her down. Brutal! I found Astrid to be unprofessional and solely focused on her revenue, not the best interest of her client. We cannot recommend this business.
Astrid and Rainer run this company with dedication, love, understanding and compassion. Rainer was my dad's right hand man for 5 years. Being there for him and me until his final day. They made it possible for me to keep dad in his home, on his own terms for his final years. Being out of the area, it was important for me to have someone I trusted to help with his day to day life. I would use Sweet Home again if the opportunity ever presented itself.
Astrid owns this business and her husband Reiner is one of the caregivers. They took such excellent care of my Dad the last 2 years of his life. They are caring and loving people and highly recommend them to anyone with a loved one in need.
