Very caring place with a wonderful staff. Queenie is the best.
They haven't answered the phone in weeks. When they used to answer the phone, they would always tell my father I am someone else (my uncle), despite me telling them who I am every time I call. He has dementia. He believed them. I had to pretend to be my uncle due to their carelessness.
The staff, Queenie, Alex, Honey, Vera and the Owner, Elena are just an amazing group of people. They are very attentive and friendly. Anytime I stopped by to check in and visit my mom, I was greeted with a smile, a very clean environment and busy kitchen of meal prep aromas busy in the making. My mom was bathed and dressed every morning even when there was really no place to go . They kept my mother company, very comfortable, clean and happy up through her final moments.
