Bought 2 carts a persy. And a tko. The tko cart didn't work. Returned the same day the manager feed me a line saying our pens had worn out. His brains worn out. What pathetic customer service. Not worth the drive. Not legit. First time in years I've gotten a cart that didn't work.
I was a regular customer at Sweet Grass Dispensary since before they moved to the current location. I go there approximately every two weeks. When I make a purchase I always get a receipt and have been told every time by staff “ if you have any trouble, just bring back the item and we will replace it”. Today I went to return a pen that I had purchased exactly 7 days ago and they refused to take it back.
