Dr. Hillary and her staff are nothing short of amazing. They take what can be a physically and emotionally draining appointment and make you feel confident and secure. As someone else said, it's like walking in for a family visit. They remember conversations and always ask about things you've discussed previously (for me it's my parent's health ❤️). Had scheduled appt at 3 for my sister in law who is on hospice they changed to 1 pm by email no one showed up I called at 2 and office staff very rude and said there was a two hour window which I was not told about whe I prepaid for services nor did they call when she said she did I spoke to Dr Hillary via phone and expected at my scheduled time and at 5:15 pm now phone call no show just a text refunded my credit card very bad business and very bad communication with patients and caregivers of patients on hospice I would not... read more
