The red light therapy & PEMF is a game-changer! I’m addicted and give it a 10/10! Alyssa is also super knowledgeable and sweet! Go in and see her!
I really enjoyed my time there and plan on going back, I had have a recent surgery to remove an implant of a Pain Stimulator that wasn't working, so I'm ready to go back to the Sweet Dreams again!!
I have been going to SDST since May 2024. I have tried the IR Sauna, Floating, Salt Therapy, and PEMF. Due to my vestibular/spine problems, the IR Sauna and Floating didn't work well for me. The Salt Therapy (which I started 5 years ago in Austin, TX) is great for my lungs. The Pulse-PEMF has been instrumental for my musculoskeletal system and has helped relieve pain and headaches. I have come to this facility three times for a couple of different services; But my last visit solidified my patronage to this establishment! I had a horrible migraine that induces vertigo if not treated quickly. Nothing I tried at home worked, mistaking the time I called and Alissa got me in for a float at 620 willing to stay after hours to let me attempt to get rid of it. I did salt therapy and what an improvement in my breathing! Both Lorelei and Alyssa were welcoming and nice. I will definitely try other therapies they have and keep doing the salt therapy. I am glad I found this place.
