This is a wonderful local furniture store. Great selection and extremely helpful staff. We were totally happy with everything about our experience.
Edit: For the reply from the company - There is absolutely no reason the employee has to follow me around the entire time, less than 5 feet away from me, in a space that's maybe 500sqft under the guise of waiting to answer a question when I could've easily asked a question and been heard all across the store, especially after I ALREADY ANSWERED that I was browsing the decorations and would like to just look. Went into to browse for decorations for my new home that I purchased, was just going in for a quick trip to grab some things and when I entered I was greeted politely. Everything was fine until I noticed that that same employee (maybe the owner) followed me and watched me like a hawk assuming I was going to steal as I browsed the decorations. Guys delivering were extremely great and friendly.
We ordered a washer dryer combo through these guys over a month ago and they told us that it would be here today. Flash forward - it didn’t show up. I had to call them to ask what was up and they were incredibly unhelpful and said that we have to wait an entire other month for it to come in. The guy didn’t tell me his name, but he basically just stonewalled me the entire time. No emotion, no desire to help. Just said too bad nothing they can do.
