Poor customer service and delivery, did not comply to our aggrement regarding delivery and set up. Now I have to put the washer down to the basement by myself with a broken back.
I ordered a mattress paid in full told it would be 3 to 4 weeks March 21 ordered today I receive it may 6 .in the meantime,I called to see why it wasn't here yet I was told the first time at 5 weeks that it's not here and no indication when .Then I call again and said if it's not here by Friday I will cancel so 6 weeks plus 3 days we get a call to say they can deliver. Prices are no better and their stock is mostly seconds and liquidations. Ordered three separate items over the years. Two of the three were cosmetically damaged before or during delivery. (One was eventually repaired). The most recent item a refrigerator worked for just a few weeks longer than the warranty. My wife was rudely told that we should have purchased the extended warranty. We tried to shop local with a small business but were disappointed repeatedly. Will not be back.
We went to 3 appliance /furniture stores in town, 1 place had 1 employee who was on a portable phone but never even acknowledged our existence, second place had easily had 3-5 employees, we looked at some furniture before making out way to appliances, no one acknowledged our existence even though we walked directly by 3 employees. Now we get to Sweet Dreams, 2 employees, 1 on phone with a customer and one that met us halfway through the store. We had ordered a mattress from Sweet Dreams, and were told that it would take 3-4 weeks to have it delivered. We went in to check at week 4, and were then told after a few minutes that there was an issue at the manufacturer and that it will be another 2-3 weeks. We are not mad about the delay. What is disappointing is that the store never tried to let us know of this delay until we showed up in the store. This will definitely affect our future purchasing decisions with this store.
