I love going into the store because I love Daniadown and other products they carry, but a few times now I've encountered a very rude and unfriendly staff member. I'll skip the store and order my Daniadown direct. You should be able to walk into a store and not feel awkward for looking and asking questions.

We stopped in to get a new pillow and sheets for the yacht. The quality of the sheets feels fantastic and the molded foam pillow meant this side sleeper had the best sleep on the boat in a long time! The woman who assisted me seemed to be a bit unengaged with our our visit and desire to make a purchase but we involved her with encouragement and enthusiasm.
