DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CROOK!!! SCAM We were scheduled to get our puppy in early December. On September 14,2018 I sent a $350.00 deposit via pay pal. Sweet Basil Farms took our deposit. After several attempts to get updates on how the puppies were doing and when I could pick out the puppy, Tisha emailed us saying she couldn't fulfill our request for the puppy 5 days before pick up without any explanation. I just learned that they got arrested for animal cruelty. I got a puppy from them August/2019, and as soon as I drove into their property I knew that they were not what they seemed to be. Everything was disgusting and the animals were in horrible condition. Tisha was very rude and the only thing in her mind was the money. The puppy was way too small for an 8 week old Great Pyrenees. He had wounds and was very sick.
These people were arrested for negligence of animals. Do not buy from them. They stole my deposit and blocked me when I asked for the money back.
I put a deposit down on a pyredoodle puppy on September 4th, 2018. I barely received any updates from the breeder. I had to be the one reaching out to her and sometimes it would take days before she texted me back. I began having a bad feeling, but hoped for the best. The worst and most unprofessional business I’ve ever dealt with. My wife and I put a deposit down in August for a first female of the litter choice in October. On a $1500 puppy these people rarely responded to our requests for an update on when we could come and choose our puppy and then when October rolled around they said a family emergency arose and they would keep us informed.
