Poor service for conveyancing, ultimately down to a severe lack of communication and awful organisation throughout the home buying process. They don't reply to emails, mortgage wasn't in place for the date of exchange (the deed wasn't sent until 2 days prior) and I was told to pay £540 of additional fees after receiving my completion statement. I would not recommend this firm for conveyancing at all.

I felt the communication was poor throughout the purchase of our property and the member of staff we dealt with was not great for various reasons. We were given their details by the estate agents, who have now said they no longer recommend Sweeney Miller. NB - Not a false review, I've just taken the decision not to name staff or the Estate agent. As you will be aware the property was purchased in my wife's name, however we both dealt with communication. This is a fair and honest review.
