I cannot even tell you about the program itself. They just fired me for not communicating with them (before even starting). I responded to their text messages while on vacation, over the Thanksgiving holiday, while in a different state to request insurance info. No response. I had an PA call me, ask me a bunch of questions, then inform me my insurance did cover their services. For that experience I was charged $390. The right call would have been to tell me before the appointment so I could look elsewhere.

What is going on with Swedish Weight Loss? They cancelled the last two times I booked. The first time because they booked someone else at the same time as me, the second time because apparently the wrong provider was listed as an option for booking. I asked them if they can book for me instead, they said yes and then proceeded to send me a link to available appointments to book myself. Then I asked if they have any availability for January. I had been through three months of the program but Margo E, RD started the meeting late. Than proceeded to call me a liar when I told her that I was not informed I needed a journal. I let a staff member tell you : Katrina K at 09/27/23 1558 Patient called because he had an appointment with Margo Elbert this morning and the appointment did not go well.
