Looks nice online but the actual experience is underwhelming. Inside feels unclean, poorly maintained. Customer service is hit or miss at best.

My partner and I had an amazing visit to SweatHouz at Seaboard Station! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The space was clean, calming, and thoughtfully designed. We had our own private suite with a cold plunge, infrared sauna, and a vitamin C-infused shower. There was even a TV that connected via Bluetooth inside the sauna, which let us play relaxing, meditative music during our session — a really nice touch. Great experience! Really clean, comfortable suites and felt very safe. It was my first time trying hot/cold therapy and I will definitely be back!
