Love the Seaboard location! Easy to park, very friendly & helpful staff. The rooms are compact but comfortable. Love having tv w/speakers in sauna. Highly recommend!

It was my first time ever at a place like this and it was mentally challenging in a good way because I was informed of alllll the benefits of contrast therapy, so I pushed myself to push through in when I felt like quitting in either the initial sauna and each cold tub round. Everything was clean and appropriately prepared for us. They’ve been going for about a month and have no complaints, I have none either after my first visit
I enjoy my sessions here every time ! The staff is friendly and pleasant, and everything is clean, comfortable, relaxing and I always leave feeling great!
