10/10 experience! The private suites were super clean and felt truly peaceful. The cold plunge was intense at first (as expected!) but surprisingly addictive — definitely something we’ll come back for. As a tired parent, it was amazing to just zone out and catch up on a favorite show in the sauna while fully relaxing. I brought my husband as a guest, and we both loved having an hour to just unwind and reconnect. Highly recommend for anyone needing a reset!
Great experience. The front desk is extremely kind and welcoming. The facility is clean. The contrast therapy is amazing. Immediately bought a membership.
