Do. This. Like many I rolled my eyes every-time a TikTok video came up about cold plunging. Well, those were wasted eye rolls cause this is real. The calm my body feels and how all the aches and pains vanished removed my pessimism. The cleanliness cannot be ignored either. It is immaculate. Finally, Josh might be the best ambassador for this place. Genuinely nice, chill, respectful, helpful, and welcoming. They have an introductory rate. Just try it. You won’t regret it.
Such a nice place with private rooms for your own personal cold plunge and sauna. It’s My 3rd time coming here. I really enjoy this location, and the staff is great as well.

Great experience, always feel refreshed leaving. Very clean, plenty of towels, and flavored water machine is a nice touch
