On my recent visit, a staff member informed me that because I rescheduled an appointment to the very next day, I only have one visit remaining in my summer package. This is completely inconsistent with how my account was handled previously. I have canceled a prior appointment before without losing any package visits. Furthermore, I highly object to the fact that I was only informed of this hidden policy the following day during my visit, rather than when I made the change or in my previous appointment cancellation. Amazing first experience!!! Definitely do it again
Every visit seems to be a different suite because they keep changing my reservation. Then I arrive, see other clean rooms sitting empty, but I’m told to wait while they speed-clean the suite I reserved just minutes before my appointment. It felt rushed, unprofessional, and not very sanitary. The whole experience made me uncomfortable, and I definitely won’t be back.
