Studio is super clean, and the folks at the front desk are always kind and helpful! The sauna sessions are a gamechanger for anyone who wants to feel their best, each time you go in feels like a mini escape for real relaxation.
I had such a great experience with contrast therapy! I started with the red light sauna, which was so relaxing and gave me the perfect opportunity to slow down and unwind. Then came the cold plunge, it was definitely a shock at first! 🥶 Going from the heat of the sauna straight into the cold was intense, but the feeling afterward was amazing. SweatHouz is an hour to recover, reset, and reinvigorate. The private contrast suites are clean and include a shower, cold plunge, and sauna. You can choose how best to use them to suit your goals. The front desk team is always warm and welcoming. They make notes of preferences such as water and sauna temperature and make adjustments.
