Amazing experience! Stephanie was working hard to ensure we were well taken care of. Will definitely be back. Loved the infrared sauna, cold plunge tub and vitamin c shower. I have already paid for my next session and cant wait to go back.
Your body needs this! This is a beautiful modern and very clean studio. The ambiance in the private suite contributes to the sense of relaxation and restoration. You leave the session feeling recharged and rejuvenated.
Ahhhh! There is no better place on earth (especially not in North Bethesda) for recovery relaxation and really taking an hour to spend on wellness and focus back on your body that is constantly powering us up. The facilities are absolutely immaculate, the staff make you want to come back before you've even begun your session & the owner, Brenna, runs a business in which you can tell the entire team is cared for, appreciated & that sentiment shines through the moment you walk in.
Love love loved it! The staff and GM were so welcoming and friendly! The lobby and studio were very clean and well kept! Can’t wait to go back
