The facility was welcoming and so cool to experience for the first time. I’ve always wanted to do something like this but was nervous because the potential to be too expensive but the I really enjoyed my first session. This was private so you can enjoy it your own way on your own time for the house and the staff really made sure you felt taken care of. I will be back for sure!

The staff at the Pike and Rose location is friendly, knowledgeable, and goes out of their way to ensure your visit is positive! Highly recommend an hour of recovery and relaxation.
Amazing experience! Stephanie was working hard to ensure we were well taken care of. Will definitely be back. Loved the infrared sauna, cold plunge tub and vitamin c shower. I have already paid for my next session and cant wait to go back.
Your body needs this! This is a beautiful modern and very clean studio. The ambiance in the private suite contributes to the sense of relaxation and restoration. You leave the session feeling recharged and rejuvenated.
