SweatHouz is a great concept! As long your room is clean and your door locks! It can be very relaxing. My first couple visits were great. I had a total of 6. 2 out of 6 visits were uncomfortable due to poor cleaning. The first session: I found hair in the shower, had to give it a good rinse before use. Thank goodness for shower shoes. Second session: I found a bandaid on the floor, this time I noticed before my session started so I was moved to another room… but the room had a “do not use” sign on the door. Staff is empathetic, kind and attentive. Management is outstanding and this all adds to the well maintained facilities. I always walked out feeling healthier and refreshed.
I go to SWEAT House since they open between 2-4 times a week. I love it. Great customer service, friendly staff, people who are open to suggestions. I could see a clear improvement in quality and customer care since Abby took over the management at this place. It started with the greeting, asking for preferences in the temperatures and making sure they put this in the profile so the room is set the way you want, placement of the towels.
