The management and customer service at this location is horrific. I've tried for two months to contact the location (phone calls with voicemails and no calls back, calling other locations asking to get support in connecting with this managment, email and app messages...all unanswered while they are able to continue charging my card. I've finally submitted a complaint with the BBB. Floor can be slippery trust me with my personal experience 🤕 but have more towels in the roll to help with slipping. Great staff team.
