Dan was so nice to me. I was nervous and I work blue collar so I was very sore but he explained everything well. Nice staff and room was amazing. Bring water though, you'll need it
Update 7 months later: I've since upgraded from 4x a month to unlimited. This location is just as great and clean as it was when it opened. Every staff member is fantastic, and remembers my name and all my preferences. Really enjoyed my first time at this brand new location! Emily is so friendly and knowledgeable, she gave me a tour and thoroughly explained everything. The private suites are beautiful and relaxing. I am very disappointed with my experience. I contacted SWTHZ regarding canceling my membership and was told that the five unused sessions I have already paid for can NOT be used unless I pay for an additional four sessions… I do not understand how it would make sense to lose access to sessions that have already been paid for simply because I do not want to continue purchasing more. I was not asking for anything additional—I was asking to use the five sessions I already purchased and paid for.
Ever since my first Visit I was itching to go back! Staff is always so friendly! Today was my birthday and as soon as I walked in I was greeted and wished “happy birthday” even had a cute little birthday card in my suite. Overall give it 10/10 experience Can be a bit on the pricey side, but considering the experience your actually getting make it’s worth every penny. Can’t wait to go back!
Sweat House Media is a top-notch facility. The place is clean, well-maintained, and has a great atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The staff really stood out, friendly and, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience easy and comfortable. Their website is pretty easy to book an appointment. I texted the staff a half hour before, and they were ready for me. Bluetooth speakers television was an added bonus.
