Great spot!!
I do not recommend this place for a few reasons. One, it is not set up to alternate between sauna and cold plunge, which largely defeats the purpose. I’m told the other Boston locations are designed better. Two, the experience felt a bit clinical rather than relaxing. There’s a huge timer on the wall, and the aesthetic is more medical office than spa. At one point the staff had a miscommunication that resulted in one of them banging on the door while we were attempting a cold plunge (not a good time to answer the door). To t... read more
Private and peaceful
Location is very centric, facilities are nice and well equipped. The staff is friendly and they go through everything with you before hand. The sauna and cold plunge are in seperate rooms but very close to do the switch
