Amazing customer service, they got us in on a fully booked day. Shoutout to Vivian, Noah and Blaire for taking care of us.
Charged my credit card without my permission. I had gone there once to try it out. For a month I kept getting text messages about joining. The last text message said they were running first month specials was I interested in learning more. I said yes and they charged my credit. I normally don’t like to do this but this is unacceptable and fraud.
Awesome staff and sauna rooms. Vivienne was welcoming and fit me in one evening for a needed plunge. Thank you and see you soon!
