Overall the experience was fine, but my biggest issue was cleanliness. I was expecting for it to be separate rooms with a sauna & cold plunge in each room, but really it was several sauna rooms with only one cold plunge. This meant that you had to use the cold plunge at a specific time, usually right after another person. When I got to the cold plunge the tub was dirty, which was gross. I will not be returning.
