This is a great solo/couple activity just to try out! Loved how spacious the private suites are and how you can adjust everything to your mood/vibe. Paige was amazingly helpful with pointers on how to make the most of my experience. That cold plunge is 🥶 but once you get acclimated it’s better 🤣 loved the sauna. For sure coming back!!!
If you’re looking for a place of relaxation and clarity, SweatHouz is your destination. My wife and I absolutely love this place. With the infrared sauna, cold plunge, and vitamin C shower, it truly is the ultimate private suite experience—especially for couples. Most importantly, the staff is wonderful. Ashley remembered my wife and me, which made our visit even more special as we celebrated our anniversary. That personal touch meant so much to us. I highly recommend SweatHouz to everyone!
Sweathousz in west Ashley has the friendliest safe! It's super clean and a wonderful way to relax. Highly recommend!
