Ok this was interesting, if not confusing. As someone who has never gone to a sauna or bathhouse or ice bath like this it was... a bit disorienting i kind of felt uninformed. The staff is super nice and that was a saving grace for here. But I was lost. I kind of understood come in sit in the sauna, then shower, then ice bath? Make sure you bring a swimsuit.
