Amazing and relaxing! I loved every second of the sauna and cold plunge. I was able to destress and unwind. It was Heaven on Earth.
Very nice place calm, quiet, private place to relax and restore your muscles.
As a mom of a 5 year old and 20 month old who works 50+ hours per week, works out every day, and tries to manage a house, I don’t think I’ve been more relaxed in 4 months and that was when I was on vacation. I enjoyed it so much, I purchased a membership. Maddy was great and was very patient with me. The place was super clean and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I 10/10 recommend this place.
