Not the best experience. I joined after the wellness studio I had been using closed, and SweatHouz seemed like a good alternative. The facility itself is nice, and I liked having a private room for each session. My biggest issue was availability. At least at the Mount Pleasant location, you have to book about two weeks in advance. It's difficult to predict your schedule that far out, so I ended up having to cancel several appointments and was charged cancellation fees on top of the $250 monthly membership. I’ve tried several contrast therapy spots, and this one really stood out—especially the private room experience. The sauna and cold plunge were both excellent and well maintained. I really enjoyed it and will definitely be back. Big shoutout to the front desk staff—super friendly and helpful!
