Tried it out for the first time yesterday. Great concept. Friendly welcome and instructions. Very clean and cozy. Private suits either vitamin C shower, infrared sauna and cold plunge. You can listen to music or watch tv. It’s quiet and everything was thought out.
Loving the new remodel and having both the sauna and ice bath in one room is awesome. No one else touches this experience here in mnt p. Everyone there has been super nice as well.
