This was my first experience and I really enjoyed it. The staff was amazing, explained everything, showed me how to use the facility, and offered suggestions. The cold plunge was the coldest water I ever felt in my life. I don’t think I will ever get in, but I did feel encouraged enough to soak a towel several times and place it on different parts of my body. At the end of my session I felt relax and refreshed, and the next day as well.
Clean place with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Overall, it was a really good experience.
Love this place everything is very clean staff is very very kind and always very attentive. They have spacious private rooms with every amenity to zen out it’s the most relaxing experience you can enjoy solo in the private rooms or they are spacious enough to bring a friend they all include everything you need vitamin c infused shower in every room. Such a good experience! Enjoyed the facilities and service was great. They walked me through everything and have made sure you have everything you need to not only recover but also get ready afterwards. Will be back for sure!
