Staff is incredibly kind and hardworking but this business is predatory in their practices including: sign up online but no way to cancel online, 30 day cancellation period essentially locks you into multiple months of service no matter what. This is the type of business that is setup hoping you forget instead of offering you a service to actually enjoy. My FAVORITE place to do contrast therapy!! Amazing customer service and very clean and accommodating!
Clean space, nice and simple process, staff were attentive and kind. I just started my fitness journey and this helped with my recovery process
This place does look amazing, but I had to cancel my appt due to "grammy" duties. I asked for a refund (intro price of $25.00) and was offered a credit for future use. Since I travel a lot and would not be able to use in the near future, I asked for a refund. The person on the phone had to check with the manager and would get back to me. Nothing. I emailed.
