Awesome experience , the cold plunge and sauna are great for recovery. Super friendly staff; highly recommend.
This is a good place for using the sauna. However, they do have a cold plunge as well in a separate room, which is inconvenient. The sauna and cold plunge should be in the same room. Also, don’t bother using the sauna at 6:45 PM, because the place closes at 8 PM and they will rush you to leave. Not even worth it to book an appointment at that time after what I experienced there 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
My experience was beyond what I thought it would be. Recommend everyone go at least once to pamper yourself, will be back for sure. Thank you Rafael for the great service!
