We had such a fun, relaxing experience. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Gabe is an amazing host. We can’t wait to come back!
Editing my review! It was relaxing and calm, and it energized me for my next workout! It has everything you need to make it more enjoyable. The staff were super friendly! Neelan was AND is a total gem. (Another Perfect Circle fan!!) I'll try to come back whenever I can because it's been that good!
The sauna and cold plunge experience was decent. But after you leave, be prepared for a barrage of phone calls and text messages to try to get you to come back, even after you decline. If you are not interested in a membership, I would not recommend going at all.
