I had an amazing experience at Sweathouz with the manager, Marlow, who was incredibly helpful and professional. The studio's cleanliness and organization exceeded my expectations, making it a great place to relax. I loved the recovery areas as well - infrared red for my face. 😊
Really great customer service as a first time user. They are about to remodel and can't wait to see the upgrades! Sauna and shower felt great!
I have been trying to stop my membership for three month. Thinking it stopped, I quit using the membership only to be charged again and again. I have had their employees acknowledge I want to quit, I was on a cancellation list per the employee that called me. Now they say I should have signed a form. I would stay clear form this place.
