Started going in for 3-4 months now. Always recommend cold plunge first then sauna. If, you do sauna first the cold plunge is too painful to go thru

Staff was welcoming and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I left feeling refreshed, detoxed, and clear-headed. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to reset their body and mind.
