It was my first time doing a cold plunge and a sauna, needless to say I will be back! The staff was amazing, very helpful, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the process!
I’ve been a member for a few months now. I love the sauna and occasionally I’ll do a cold plunge for recovery. The management/team onsite is super sweet and attentive. Definitely recommend checking them out if you’re interested! Lots of benefits to a sauna.
