Wow! Just wow. The whole staff was so friendly and welcoming. I had a stressful work week. Needed to destress and Sweatz helped me do exactly that. It was my first time to do a cold plunge, was scared at first but was able to do it! Environment was nice. Extremely clean and well put. Ambiance was relaxing. Will definitely be back!

My first visit to SWTHZ was amazing. The suite was very clean, private. The red-light sauna was much more enjoyable than standard saunas, and I could have stayed longer before hitting the shower. This setting was my first cold plunge, and it felt great!
So relaxing , clean and such a great date night. !
