I enjoy the experience at Sweathouz when I go. Unfortunately, it is rather expensive, but for a treat every once in a while it is worth it to me. I find I enjoy the sauna more than the cold bath, but both certainly have their places in a wellness routine. I'd recommend Sweathouz to anyone looking to try something new and feel amazing afterwards.

Attempted to cancel my membership multiple times and still was charged. While it is a very nice facility the management in terms of contracts is very poor.
The online booking process was a breeze. Every staff member was very knowledgeable and extremely welcoming. It was clear that the facility takes cleanliness very seriously. I have gone three times, and the rooms were in pristine condition each time. The sauna was hot, the Vitamin C shower was refreshing, and the cold plunge was as advertised. The post-surgery lower back pain I had arrived with was a distant memory, and I left feeling incredibly refreshed. I love this treatment and plan to return as often as I can.
