Good experience overall. The sauna booth is small. There is enough space for 2 adults to sit but not lie flat on back. The cold plunge tub is pretty spacious and the shower is great. Overall, a cool set up and well run spot. I would go back.
Fantastic experience for anyone who likes contrast therapy ! Sauna is roomy with plants of space to Lay down . Plunge tank is my favorite ! This place is amazing
