So I had my eye on SweatHouz for a while. One day I was going to get a session and I got a text for an introductory 2 session pack and there was availability on the day I was signing up right after work. Score! I went and it was awesome and after I scheduled my second session for the following week. No one ever in the front. They took the amenities out of the room. No tissues. Also when you closed for 3 days you couldn't have moved the clocks so it is visible from the cold tub?
Exceptional I can say as a first timer it was a breeze and experience.
Absolutely horrible, reported them to better business bureau, keeps charging fee even after repeated efforts to end them. Won't return phone calls
I’m giving three stars because I do like the sauna. However, I have been going to this location since July (3 months) and the upkeep is definitely lacking. Everything seems to be breaking, peeling and not working. Most of the speakers in the saunas don’t work. And it makes me question how clean they keep it. It seemed today that the vitamin c filter was empty as well. I really don’t want to have to cancel my membership so I’m praying they do some repairs
